Information according to Article 33 of the REACH Regulation
We would like to hereby fulfill our information obligations under Article 33 of the REACH Regulation for substances of very high concern (SVHC) against the background of high product and supply security.
In all thermal papers that are not labeled as Bisphenol-free (BP) or Phenol-free (PF), the following substance from the SVHC candidate list, as of 25 June 2025, is present in accordance with Article 59 (10) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (“REACH”) at a concentration of more than 0.1% by weight:

The presence of the candidate substance currently has no direct legal impact on the manufacture and placing on the market of the mentioned products. You only have obligations to provide information under Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, which you must fulfill to your customers as part of the supply chain.
